What is P.S.H?

Private Subconscious-mind Healing is a truly effective subconscious-mind therapy model that is rapidly becoming the most sought after form of help for problems that are based in the subconscious mind. It is a gentle, effective therapy that is replacing the more traditional forms of subconscious mind therapies and bringing people permanent relief from problems they have struggled with unsuccessfully, for many years.

P.S.H. utilises the person’s own natural, inner abilities to make change. Although everyone has the resources that allows them to quickly and easily resolve subconscious problems, most people don’t realise this.

There are many different psychological therapies that claim to bring permanent results, but P.S.H. is specifically designed to do this. It is designed to help clients deal with the causes of problems, rather than merely the outer symptoms. It utilises the only part of the person’s inner  mind that really knows how subconscious problems are caused, and how to resolve them.

The P.S.H. therapist guides the client to that part of their inner resources that has the ability to gently and privately eliminate the underlying emotional cause of their problems.

What is the subconscious mind?

Our subconscious, or ‘inner’ mind is that more intuitive, creative part of us that holds the key to all of our life experiences. It is the part that is in control of all our emotional feelings, our creative imagination, our ability to meditate and dream. It is the part that allows us to walk down the street, dance, or drive a car safely, while our conscious mind is miles away and thinking about something entirely different. It is a part of our ‘inner self’ that is in charge of our automatic responses, our ability to heal, our ability to sing in tune, and our ability to experience love, happiness, fear and depression.

With P.S.H. this part of the mind is helped to activate natural healing processes and bring the desired changes into the person’s life.

How many sessions of P.S.H. will I need?

Everyone is different and responds in their own particular way, and some people change more quickly than others. For most, the process of subconscious emotional healing is an ongoing process and continues long after the therapy is completed. The formal part of therapy typically requires between 1 and 3 sessions with the therapist.

What kind of problems does P.S.H. help?

The range of problems helped with P.S.H. is quite extensive, because almost any problem can be caused or made worse, by the way we respond to it unconsciously. With physical and medical causes ruled out, P.S.H. has now helped many thousands of people with problems such as:

Addictions –  Anger – Anxiety – Bad dreams – Bowel Problems – Chronic Pain –  Compulsive Behaviours (OCD) – Concentration and memory problems – Constant worry – Deep unresolved grief – Depression – Eating disorders – Fatigue – Insomnia – Irrational behaviours – Low self-esteem – Migraine headaches – Panic attacks – Phobias – Procrastination – Relationship problems – Sexual difficulties – Skin problems – Stress & tension – Ulcers – Weight problems (over & underweight)

and many more…

The ’cause’ is a feeling

When a person is unable to change unwanted feelings, responses or behaviours, through ordinary will power, conscious effort, or ordinary medical or psychological procedures, it is usually an indication that those symptoms result from negative subconscious emotion.

Our conscious, outer mind is unaware of these inner conflicts and while they remain, they have the power to influence us in a wide range of negative ways.

P.S.H. is used to help people resolve these underlying, emotional causes and restore a balance of health and happiness.

With P.S.H. the therapy is a completely private matter. The changes are carried out within the privacy of the client’s inner mind and the therapist has no need to know the inner ‘secrets’ in order to help.

Please note that P.S.H. is not meant to be, nor is it claimed to be a substitute for regular medical treatment. It is the most effective means we have to help people deal quickly, effectively and permanently with a wide range of problems and issues that are the result of subconscious dynamics. If you have concerns about physical ailments or conditions you should seek the advice of your medical practitioner.
